• Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
• We currently ship within the United States only. (Please email hello@wepartywell.com if you are outside of the United States).
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

At Party Well, every box is carefully curated and packed to make celebrating stress-free and stylish. Because of the nature of party goods and seasonal items:

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@wepartywell.com within 5 days of delivery.
• To help us resolve issues quickly, please include your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect items.
